[Zealot] Fury of the faithful

Issue Description:
Fury of the faithful doesn’t seem to work correctly. The tooltip says it should increase attack speed by 20% when using the ultimate. I’ve tested it on some bots (with combat axe mk V) and I couldn’t notice a real difference.
It felt more like a 5% to 10% increase (if there was any at all).
If this is working correctly I would suggest turning it up another 10%.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Zealot and slot “Fury of the faithful”
  2. Use your ultimate
  3. There should be an attack speed increase - but it doesn’t feel like there is one
