Wrong spawn for dead operatives - Vigil Station Oblivium (Espionage)

Issue Description:
Wrong spawn for captured (dead) characters on Vigil Station Oblivium (Espionage)
Characters that die on “the bridge” (after leaving elevator but before Airlock), are sent to 1st spawn to be rescued.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Proceed with mission as normal then die (blood loss - not sure if It’s important) on or close to the bridge.
  2. Be teleported to the first spawn on the map leaving rest of the team to finish on their own.

Reproduction Rate:
Rare (<10%) - I’m not 100% sure, I’ve seen people die there but then getting to the right spawn in finale.

We (3 people) were so far away our silhouettes were not even visible to the last Psyker trying to finish mission on his own. But here are screenshots:

Me and some other dude in Damnation (he was thrown by a mutie and triggered a DH, I also died because I was closest to him) spawned so far away from Vigil Station Oblivium that we were in some area from another Torrent map

Have experienced the exact same issue on at least two separate occasions. If the teammates stuck at spawn don’t leave the game, you’re stuck to complete the entire mission with the few surviving players. Very frustrating.

Aaaand it also happened on Refinery Delta-17… just now. But this time I’ve appeared in “final” spawn… just to be moved to the 1st spawn on the map after 2 minutes. I think this bug was a problem back in March, but was fixed since…
