Issue Description:
Wraith Blessing is bugged, it does not work on hit.
Also the Blessing could get extra words, if it increases CLEAVE TARGETS or CLEAVE DAMAGE, while also for how many seconds it should stay.
Even the stacks once they are their , they auto disappear when ever you do anything, block, use special action , anything unlike other blessings.

In the video 2 weapons are tested, power sword III, and ChainSword, yet both get same result.
Wraith does not work on heavy attacks, special attacks, and also 50% of the time does not work on light attacks even, as it can be seen in the video once spam light attacks it appear for 2 seconds and disappear.
