Issue Description:
As title suggests - as of right now any action that connects to a targets head and crits will trigger exactly 255 + 101 damage. This is an issue specifically with WHC - i tried the same weapons on BH and it didnt have the same effect.
My Talent choices are_ 132222 if that matters - didnt bother testing any further because you dont pay me.
Steps to Reproduce:
Pick Billhook and WHC → use Billhooks weapon special on target dummies head
almost no damage on regular hit
crit → exactly 356 damage
Can be reproduced with every other weapon as far as ive tested it. All the weapons do exactly the same amount of damage on headshot crit → always 356.
