I am confused as to why the psyker can’t get the chain axe, as realistically they’re the only one who would use it! By the time the chainaxe is unlocked for the preacher or sharpshooter, they have better alternatives in the power sword and evicerator. The chainaxe should be available for psyker because it would be a good alternative for those who do not want to use the force sword.
