Who are the Moebian 21st?

Honestly the 6th appears to be a battle-hardened regiment that has significant Nurgle support and vast hordes of cult and power manpower. The 21st being outmatched makes sense.
And they’ve done fairly well, cutting off many transit corridors, securing areas after the rejects disable anti-air defenses, etc cetera.
We’re named characters, of course we do much better.

We also never really see what happens after we leave the AO, so we can’t be too sure.

They’re the red-err blue shirt ‘Moebin Moebsters’. Apparently seen in the reveal cinematic like 2 or 3? Years ago. Don’t feel too bad, I completely forgot Wolfer was a thing until the console launch where he was incorporated into the Assassination missions and now these cut scenes. I was like ‘lol is that the guy we kill in the mission’ for like 2 weeks. The Moebian 21st don’t really seem to have much to do at the moment. They’re literal star trek red shirts, being ceremoniously butchered on some levels/cinematics and literally standing around the rest of the time. I guess somebody’s gotta do it.

i always am reading the Lore part of every Piece when hitting “V” at Inspecting the Cosmetics!

Ther is always a tad of Lore.

SADLY

they removced the Lorepart from Weapons for whatever reason. It was already in the Game…
At least in the beginning of the release of the Game it was. It was nice to Read, no idea why they needed to remove them. Maybe due to the new Overlay we got now on Inspecting Weapon stats.

Really wishj tehy brought it back!

they moved the lore over to the skins. we don’t have any way to view the “Default” skins for weapons so we have no way to see if they have a lore segment.

The only thing they’ve done well is set up choke points and hide behind Russ formations. I believe the only area they actively secure is Enclavum Baross, in Consignment Yard and Carnival they are merely there to extract the materials we secure.

All the lore we’ve gotten from the 21st is that they are Hive fighting veterans with significant Militarum Auxillia support, Imperial Navy groups and Leman Russ detachments. The 6th doesn’t even appear to have Regimental Psykers.

There are voicelines stating that Rannick wants to contain the threat rather than outright eliminate it so that might be part of it. But based on everything else and the copius amount of environmental storytelling corpses they don’t seem good at their jobs.

Maybe if their Vets wore proper helmets with their rebreathers, y’know :kissing_heart:

Not sure there was Lore on Default skins on Clothing, cant even remember :joy:
but on Weapons there was for sure. Man i loved that stuff!

EDIT:
Yes ther is default skins for Weapons… Green, blue, Brown Version are default!

I don’t know what y’all’s story is, but my Ogryn was a Bullgryn, trained and raised in Cadia, and was shipped to the front lines to bulwark a shock troop regiment. I had a friend who was part of a PDF and he fell to chaos. I was given orders, to kill him, and I couldn’t. He gave me new boots. He was nice to me. So he was executed, I was arrested and sent to be executed as well, then the story stuff happened. So to say I’m less trained than an IG regiment is just un true as far as my story is concerned. I had to prove myself all over again to earn my Bullgryn armor back. But that’s just my story lol
