Engineer talent to get X amount of kills with bombs as the Engineer actually counts for EVERYONE in the party.
I was playing Sienna and was helping my friend get it for his challenges and I also got the challenge despite not getting the bomb kills AS THE OUTCAST ENGINEER as it’s clearly stated in the challenge description.
