I saw It a while ago in the Xbox Store available to Pre Order but it Vanished ?!
I believe it was originally intended to release on PC and XBox at the same time, but console has been delayed.
Microsoft doesn’t allow pre-orders on Xbox Store if there is no announced release date. So anyone who pre-ordered it got a refund and the pre-order option was removed
