Beam Staff. Primary fire is a beam that ramps in damage over time. Secondary fire is similar, but provides a shield that reduces damage by 50% from ranged attackers (but this costs more peril).
The role of this staff is armor-killing; itâs not great at working through smaller enemies, but it should be the king of raw DPS against larger ones. -
Bolt Staff. This staff only fires the energy bolts of the other staves, except it does so with a faster rate of fire, more accurately, and with somewhat faster projectile speed. Secondary fire is a chaotic volley of 12-20 shots fired with less accuracy over 3-4 seconds, but the damage remains roughly the same (so if you happen to be very close, itâs a lot more damage per peril spent). This staffâs role should mostly be focused on killing ranged targets, because psykers weirdly refuse to take lasguns.

Lance Staff. Fires powerful energy lances that deal above average damage with an extremely fast projectile speed. The staff has Finesse as an attribute, improving its weakpoint/crit damage as well as its base crit chance. The role of this staff is a hybrid between the first two: it fires slower, so itâs a bit worse at killing ranged enemies, but the damage is fairly good at piercing armor so if youâre landing weakpoint hits on bigger targets it should do very good DPS.

Fix Voidstrike. Optimize it slightly more against ranged enemies by improving charge times and damage vs. flak (possibly at the cost of AOE radius). It was sub-par before the change that made it less peril-efficient. Now itâs even worse.

Telekinesis Staff. Primary fire hurls objects at your target telekinetically, dealing good damage and great stagger. Secondary fire pulls a much larger object able to do even better damage, and staggering enemies up to Crusher size. By âobjectsâ there would be a randomized list of things that youâd expect to be debris around the telekinetic and what you throw sort of fades in above you before zipping off towards your target (very much like Gravity Controllers, for anyone whoâs played City of Heroes; youâd just randomly throw pillars, pianos, water heaters, etc as your projectile â except in this case itâd all be Tertium-themed debris) The role of this staff is quite similar to Surge overall, but with less auto-aim (surge staffâs auto-chain-lightning), and because itâs slightly harder to land shots this staff would generally be slightly better at damage and stagger than Surge.
Honestly, iâd really like just an oldschool fireball themed staff that applies soulblaze and deals pretty good single target damage. I want more soulblaze than just purgatus and blessings that are limited.
A staff that is similar to Kerrilianâs sister of the thorns staff. Primary attack fires a barrage of fast projectiles while secondary disables enemies by instantly levitating them in the air. Primary attack should be strong enough to compete with guns to compensate for secondary being non lethal.
Telekinesis
Assault Staff (Copied in VT2 for Sienna as Sanguine Sword Staff):
General aesthetic throwing small but plentiful projectiles
M1: Single shot attack similar to the Void Strike/Trauma/Surge ones, but faster and less damaging (Not as fast as Bolt staff but still faster than what we have)
M2: Charge multiple shots at ones, can be release to shoot them all in a salvo
â M3 (When charging): Collapse the attack into a shotgun like blast (Shared on Voidstrike)
M3: Smaller Shotgun blast
Force Great Sword
Special: Force Sweep: Working like the Power Sword special (But generate Peril)

Storm Staff:
M1: Lightning bolt, instead of bubbles, doesnât stun much and slower rate of fire
M2: Stormfront: Summon a ball of thunder, either as a fixed AoE (Kinda like Siennaâs Coruscation staff, continuous damage) or a slow moving AoE (Think Moira in OW)
M3: Force Staff
Sword and Hammerhand: Working much like Fire Sword in VT2 with the unarmed hand strike
Special: Bleeding strike
Pyromancy
Molten Staff:
M1: Beam attack
M2: Molten Blast: Charge up to throw a arcing bomb of molten metal (Kinda like a fire Grenadier Gauntlet)
M3: Fire Shotgun
Divination (Time Manipulation)
Stase Staff
M1: Bubble
M2: Stase Shell: Slow selected enemies for a short while
Definitely ready for more variety in force weapons.
I would also like one with an actual push attack instead of the stagger on the current force swordâŚ
Teleport Staff
Primary attack would be the basic attack from the Voidstrike/Surge/Trauma.
Secondary would be a ground targeted attack like the Traumaforce, but once charged it teleports the Psyker to that location giving them flanking opportunities., and escape options during a fight gone wrong.
I want a staff that flings little rocks or chunks of rockcrete at enemies.
Maybe a different mark of a Trauma staff that does implosion instead of explosion.

Just had a thought too, where the charge would be gathering a wall of debris in front of you (can block ranged attacks) and then shoots the wall of debris out in a wide line.
That could be fun, would be a nice to work like the Beam staff special attack
