Weapon changes its stats mid-upgrade

Issue can be seen in the webm. The combat blade changes its stats from 80/80/80/80/61 to 80/80/76/80/65 mid-upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Take a fresh item from Brunt
2. Try to upgrade it
3. Hopefully see bug happen

Can confirm. Happened to me on at least three weapons. The first two times I thought I just misread the stats but this time I actually took screenshot proof of it.
