Weapon Animation Interference with fire control

Issue Description:
When a weapon animation is active, equipping reloading or a special(melee) strike, pressing and holding left mouse button (the trigger) will not result upon animation finishing that the weapon will fire.
Tested with Ogryn

Melee weapon are not affected,

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip, reload or perform a (melee) special with a ranged weapon
  2. During animation, press and hold left mouse button to fire
  3. When animation finishes, the weapon doesn’t fire

Repeat exact same with Melee weapon and a heavy attack will be charged up
