The talent “Warp Unbound” on psyker does not work on the Inferno force staff and Electronic force staff charged attack. Maybe others too, haven’t checked.

I think it’s due to them having delay_explosion_to_finish = true, which doesn’t seem to check for prevent_overload. These are the only weapons that utilize it.
