Warp Charges do not reduce Scrier's Gaze CD

One of the psyker’s keystones, Warp Siphon, does not work with one of the Psyker’s combat abilities, Scrier’s Gaze.

From Warp Siphon: “…Your next Combat Ability spends all available Warp Charges to reduce the Cooldown of that Combat Ability by 7.5% per Warp Charge.”

Scrier’s Gaze has a base 30s cooldown, though the cooldown does not start ticking down until after the initial effect ends (when you reach 100% peril). However, the cooldown reduction from Warp Siphon doesn’t apply at any point with Scrier’s Gaze – not on activation or when it can begin ticking down.

It still consumes warp charges however, but the cooldown reducing effect never occurs, making Scrier’s Gaze just eat the warp charges for no benefit (in fact, it is a malus since you lose passive bonuses from warp charges).

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play any mission (or Psykhanium) as Psyker with Scrier’s Gaze and Warp Siphon allocated.
  2. Get any amount of warp charges from elite/specialist kills.
  3. Activate Scrier’s Gaze and note the CDR not being applied.

Note: I tested this with the other two psyker combat abilities, but they seem to work appropriately.
