Video Settings do not stick

Issue Description:
After the new patch 1.0.8 my video settings do not stick.
I have a 4k monitor and my game is set to 1080p with amd fidelityFX 2.0 and getting me around 120 FPS.
Now i get around 35-40 fps and can clearly see that the game is running in 4k, but my Video Settings clearly still say 1080p.
I tried to switch around resolutions and sometimes this fixes it, until i restart the game…
Then i am back to square one.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Settings: I have a 4k monitor and my game is set to 1080p with amd fidelityFX 2.0
  2. After Patch 1.0.8 my Settings say 1080p in fullscreen with FX 2.0 activated but my game is running in 4k.

I fixed this myself, I made the user settings config file in APPDATA/Roaming/fatshark/darktide read only
