Video (only video) freezes while in fullscreen (only fullscreen)

Issue Description (Required):

My game’s video freezes while in fullscreen. Out of fullscreen it seems to run fine, but in fullscreen the video will freeze. I can still hear audio, and when I exit fullscreen the video updates to where it should be. I can do inputs fine, and hear the audio that results from those inputs, but I only see what happens on my screen once I exit fullscreen. This started happening the day after the update, but played a few games between after the update and when this started happening without this issue. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to avail.

This is a known issue, apologies. Here are the current workarounds:

  1. Use Borderless Fullscreen
  2. If using FSR 3.1 Frame Generation, enable one of the Upscaling alternatives (FSR 3.1, DLSS or XESS)

OR:

  1. Disable FSR 3.1 Frame Generation
