Veteran's second penance helmet clipping with every uniform

Veteran’s second penance helmet (The one with the red mask) have a lot of part that clip through any Veteran uniform’s collar. Maybe consider reduce the size of the part that is going into the collar so the helmet can fit for Veteran’s uniform.

Just wearing the second penance helmet with any Veteran uniform that has their collar up.

Yeah, I will be adding that to my already full of clipping/textures bugs thread. Bumping for view as this is really unacceptable with so few cosmetics in game to not at least polish them…
