The vet shout gets a really high cd after using it and the sources of cdr makes the cd increase instead of reducing it, making the skill unusable

It only happened twice to me in different sessions and on different missions and i did not noticed what caused it

ive had this happen a few times but it was merely a visual issue, and just pressing the ability button again would actually use the ability and give the proper cooldown
Your mod hasn’t been updated, just turn off the mod and it will work fine
I’ve had this happen before. I was still able to use Voice of Command even though the display showed it was still on cooldown. I think it’s a visual bug with an older of Numeric UI.
Is this where it gets stuck grey? This happens to me a lot. I think it is server lag not registering your inputs properly.
@aKirin as others have mentioned above, could this be UI-related and caused by a mod?
This is a Numeric UI bug, not a vanilla game bug.
It happens when the mini animation of Vet’s shout gets interrupted, mostly by Hound leaps.
