Veteran Infiltrate Ability has no indication that's it's active

Issue Description: I’m not sure if this is a bug or not or intentional, but using the Vets Infiltrate ability doesn’t give any visual, audio, or voice-line indication that it has activated. It’s totally silent and hard to tell that you’ve successfully activated it and currently in it. Likewise, when you attack and leave infiltrate, there is no indicator that you’ve left it.

Is this a bug? If it not, there needs to be something to indicate to the player other that it’s active.

Steps to Reproduce: Activate Infiltrate ability on Vet.

Reproduction Rate: Constant

You using the visual effects mod? It set the ult effects automatically to off. There’s also two similar sounding effects and only one is actually the ult (something like toggle vet invisibility and toggle vet stealth).
