Issue Description (Required):
I selected the talent and then ran a mission but the talent didn’t work. Ammo didn’t refill grenades, and medi-paks didn’t cleanse corruption. Changed the talent because I figured it was broken, and it randomly worked. It stopped working the mission after that.
