**Issue Description: Veteran Counterfire level 30 Talent does not increase weak spot damage. It supposed to increase weak spot damage by 25% but testing it in Meat Grinder shows it does not.
It still doesn’t work.
**Steps to Reproduce: Play Veteran, chose on level 30 Sustain Fire first (not additional damage bonus), headshot enemy in Meat Grinder. Change talent to Counterfire (25% extra weakspot damage). Headshot same enemy again. The damage did not increase.
