Another year passes us by but Vermintide is still going strong! Join our Heroes in yet another pub crawl through Helmgart in our 8th Anniversary! As always, for the duration of the event you will be able to access A Quiet Drink and there will be double XP!
The Anniversary Event is live now and will last until March 15!
New and old rewards!
As always, head over to the Weekly Event game mode in the Adventure mission selection menu to enter the event mission, ‘A Quiet Drink’. Completing the event with any difficulty will reward you with a brand-new anniversary portrait frame, ‘Feasts & Felicitations’!
There’s nothing finer than spending time in good company.

Features & Tweaks
Enabled the ‘A Quiet Drink’ event level, accessible through the Weekly Event game mode.
Added new anniversary event rewards.
Enabled Double XP.
Opened up the Event section in Lohner’s Emporium of Wonders for the duration of the Anniversary Event.
Fixes
Fixed an occasional crash when hitting things with a flail.
Fixed an issue where the blood tornadoes in Chaos Wastes were playing regular Blightstorm vortex sounds for clients, rather than the blood tornadoes’ unique sound effect.
Fixed a gift illusion for Sienna’s Scythe (from Gifts of the Wolf Father) being locked behind the Necromancer Deluxe Edition, rather than the regular Necromancer class DLC.
It’s nice that we still have events, but would it be possible to finally fix the bugs with bots? Or at least click on the “sanction” BotImprovementsCombatReturns?
You can really feel the product life cycle coming to an end. I am afraid the nummerous Bugs never getting fixed and the Game being left as they did with vt 1.
I am also additionally sad about them making the quiet Drink map an weekly challlange. Now we cannot pair this map with twins as we used to do in the previous years.
I don’t know how, but enemy spawns are getting more blatant and worse as time goes on. Hordes should not pop into existence from thin air or behind a small rock or thin tree within melee range of you .
They are still working on it, but slowly, since some of the sharks have migrated to other projects according to Lev. Keep your eyes and ears open when get to Warhammer Skulls though.
For real! We need it, I need it. I cannot play Weave or Melee only classes ever because the bots are so incompetent and buggy. Even with friends we had an empty slot which the Victor bot filled and he managed to get stuck on some building balcony, wasted ult on a singular Blackrat(SO MANY TIMES), STRAIGHT UP JORKED IT ON A LADDER?!?? WATCHED ME SUFFER on the ground OR NOT HEAL US IN A BOSS FIGHT! Please for the love of god FS, just do the thing and click the box. JUST TODAY, I tried playing Warrior Priest and the bots just died on me, left me against two Ratling Gunners side by side in a narrow street, I had to ult three times to destroy banners and reach them. Shield and temp hp kept me up, YET I got LAUNCHED UP IN THE AIR, THROUGH THE ROOF bounced back and had to ult again after some struggle to only be able to reach them with a sliver of my health. Then a random rat tickled my cheeks behind while I was solo carrying the objective. It was hella “funny” but not really “fun”.
