As the title says, crashed 3 times in one match and every time it was due to trying to vent peril with shriek while using smite.
I can’t seem to reproduce it in the sanitarium so could also be linked to auras, amount of enemies on the screen or something else.
Platform is PC - Steam
I came here looking for this. Since the latest patch my game crashes several times a day. Used to be once in a blue moon. And I had a feeling it was connected to smite & vent as well.
Same here. Not sure what causes it but it’s definitely related to using venting shriek combined with smite.
I crash at least 1-2 times per game using it 
Also having this issue on steam, all other classes are fine, it just crashes with my smite build on psyker. Im pretty sure this has only been happening recently, and it typically happens after chaining the charged smite in a large group and then using the venting shriek.
venting shriek used when above 90% peril at the same time as releasing smite crashes the game, experienced 4+ times now.
May be to do with stacks of soul blaze being added whilst shrieking and throwing enemies back, maybe too many particles or stacked de buffs?
Any crash reports would be much appreciated!
I just did 3 games with smite+shriek and I haven’t been able to reproduce the crash. Maybe patch 1.2.34 fixed it?
I never experienced a crash when using shout + smite, may be computer-dependent.
It seemed to be specific to patch 1.2.33. I haven’t had any shriek-related crashes since 1.2.34
