Untrusted system file (C:\Windows\System32\amdihk64.dll)

While loading the game (with a black screen and a spinning triangle) after a while appears message about the expiration of the login time. After exiting, EAC talks about a file that is supposedly untrusted. Like this:

I delete EAC certificate and reinstalled.
I also checked the compatibility of the files. Nothing.
If there are any inaccuracies with the reading, sorry, I used the translator.
Please help!
