Unable to manually ping placed Medipacks since Hive Scum release

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Bugs
1

Issue Type (Required):

Player Mechanics

Issue Description (Required):

I don’t think I’ve really seen anyone talk about this but I can’t help but notice we’ve been unable to ping placed down medipacks ever since the release of Hive Scum. When Hive Scum uses their Stimm Supply ability the players will make their callouts for medipacks and I assume this addition/change is what causes us to no longer be able to manually ping placed medipacks.

Before Hive Scum came out you could manually ping a placed down medipack and it would trigger your character to say the appropriate voice lines, but we’ve been unable to do that for about 6 months now

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Place medipack
  2. Try to ping it
  3. Observe no callout

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Microsoft Store
