Stim supply would not deploy and was stuck with the supply box animation (in hand) on screen. could not change weapons, attack or do anything until i was revived after being downed.

Fails to deploy as a result of invalid placement. Sometimes can be fixed by trying to use ability again on a valid position.

Yes, when placing items, being knocked unconscious by enemies can also result in the inability to put the box down
