Not so much of a bug as an unfortunate oversight. The daemon host spawn at the start of Power Matrix HL-17-36 {Repair mission} is unavoiable as Ogryn.

Ogryns are too large to crouch or slide underneath the intended path. Crouch/sneaking around the other way results in detection. Very often players will trigger this daemonhosts first layer of detection with range fire, even when I warn them not to; thus leading to an inevitable aggro when I need to walk past as Ogryn:
