Yea could probably download a mod to do this.
But requesting native option in game to change UI brightness on behalf of a friend. He asked me to post as he can’t be bothered to create forum account.
He likes to play on high brightness and the persistent full white health bars slightly burned into his OLED monitor on left bottom side.

just wanna say that with hud tweaker and custom hud it is also possible hide specific elements / change color of things, and i believe the intensity too, because you can turn down the opacity / alpha section and make them transparent, i think in this way will help with the problem about burn in for the oled, just saying this for your friend in case isnt aware and just to help to mitigate the issue
