Tower of Treachery telescope doesn't hide UI

telescope at ‘Astromancer’s Alcove’ (Tower of Treachery) no longer hides UI (and also shows loading emblem for some reason)

1. Play Tower of Treachry
2. Use telescope at ‘Astromancer’s Alcove’
