Issue Description (Required):
Throwing a bomb as engineer bardin does not stagger bosses.
Is this a bug or am I just unlucky?
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1.wait for boss to spawn
2.chuck a bomb
3.reel in horror as the boss has not been staggered, specifically Chaos Spawn.
Are they the free bombs from the Ingenious Ordnance talent? Those don’t stagger bosses.

Yes, the free ones every min or so. Good to know! We had a CS on a ledge and half the team died due to this mechanic.
