Issue Description (Required):

Okay so the talent says it should give a bomb every 120 sec.
But if you use the bomb when the talents timer almost refilled (nearly 90%) and you throw a bomb timer resets without giving an actual bomb. It works fine if you use a bomb and talents timer at 60% filled.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Select OUTCAST ENGINEER with Ingenious Ordnance talent.
  2. Wait untill talent`s timer will be nearly 90% and throw a bomb. (Timer should be reset)
  3. Observe the issue.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Yeah this bug is also happening in consoles. It’s not happening because of a mod.
