The "Previous Missions" tab (under Social) is completely broken

The Previous Missions tab under Social is completely blank for me.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Complete a difficult mission with a great team
2. Warm fuzzies all around, express that you want to be buddies now (but you’re on the mission complete screen, so you can’t do it here)
3. Enter mourningstar, open Social window
4. Click on Previous Missions tab
5. Observe that it is blank and doesn’t even appear to be rendered properly
6. Don’t make new friends

The whole social system is a pile of poo that has never worked properly.
