The blue Stim from stims Havoc modifier is atrocious!

Scenario that just happened look at video! Havoc 40 a rager blue stims himself his eyes turn blue and he goes super Saiyan. You can hardly stun it, you can hardly damage it like just how much does the blue stim buff them? Is it like 80% damage resistance? Here’s how ridiculous it is, it took my Arbites dog + over 6 shotgun blasts and another zealot hitting the pounced on blue eyes white stim rager to even kill it. Why does this exist? I believe this should be capped at least half maybe even a quarter of what it does. Theres almost no counter play to it solo specially if a few of them blue stim along with bulks or something.

Someone share a video of this please

I saw a blue stimmed rager take 8 (eight) Ogryn bullyclub heavy hits to the skull, with no effect. That’s after I dumped two fully charged 2ndary inferno staff attacks into it. Then the ogryn died instead of the rager, as they were simply trading blows.

It’s idiotic.

Nanomachines son. They harden in response to physical trauma.

Ah, that seems reasonable.

just use Haymaker bro (not sure if that even works tho)

Read on that thread that Pox Gas (+20% Damage Resist) combined with Blue Stim (+80% Damage Resist) makes them invulnerable, which explains the second video perfectly as a Poxwalker tanks a headshot from Executioner Shotgun.

Just posted the video keep in mind I have Executioner tree with 150% dog damage + electrocute and brittleness on dog.

Just posted it you can see now

This modifier has potential to be one of the better ones, if it wasn’t for this bug (?)

I really hope it won’t just stay in the game for months, like multiple bosses spawning without a cooldown or captain’s shield oneshotting people

Even the blue stim without the pox gas bug is hard to deal with specially against multiple ragers since they have stagger resistance on top of damage resistance it really makes countering them hard unless most of you are alive

Played a game yesterday with 3 guys struggling to kill a single blue stimmed rager, while the 4th kept a captain busy. Luckily I played Ogryn and had taunted it, so I could keep it on me and regen toughness by just clubbing it over and over.

It took three guys to focus all their attention on one rager, while another dude handled the boss.

There was no pox gas and no tox bombers. It did eventually die, but there’s no way it just had 80% dmg resist. My guess is it had 15-20 times the health of a normal rager considering the amount of punishment it took to kill. It was also completely immune to stagger.

I don’t know what the other stimms do, the enemies never live long enough for me to notice. The blue stimm is completely idiotic however. Throw in 3 blue stimmed crushers and if it’s a claustrophobic map with lots of narrow corridors and blind alleys it’s often a wipe because they will frontline the horde blocking most attacks, and push you back and eventually into some blind alley you can’t escape from. There has to be some additional buggy interactions at work besides how it might additively combine with tox bombers or pox-gas.

Rather than just pathetic focus on making everything just more tanky I’d really like to see the blue stimm changed to something else, or removed entirely. Havoc has enough bullet sponges as it is.

It’s ok, they will fix it in April.

It’s weird, because I would expect blue stimms to increase attack movement and speed, maybe add stagger resistance, but it just adds damage resistance. I think that would be more applicable for green stimm.

It’s like blue stimm is all other stimms rolled into one.

I wish our stims did this. Its not fair.
