Teammates will respawn under the rail road at about a 3/4 of the way through the map on Ascension Riser 31 and will become unable to be freed. Location is a little bit before the final elevator towards the end event.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Die in the train area and respawn at the checkpoint in the area, you will be tied up under the tracks.
