If you put in talent tree - brain rapture and later you add empowered Psionics , the brain rapture still grow peril and don’t work as it describes empowered Psionics 100% peril reduction

Did you have a charge of the buff when you started casting? Or any additional context to add?
I haven’t seen any issues with Empowered Psionics and Brain Rupture, so if there is any extra info you can add – screenshots, a video, description of what was going on at the time you noticed – it’d help
@Dumlefudge here’s the video i did:
Empowered Psionics does not make every Brain Rupture cast free. Any kill you get (regardless of weapon) has a 7.5% chance to give you the Empowered Psionics buff. If you use Brain Rupture while you have the buff, it will cost no peril.
The first upgrade to Empowered Psionics allows you to either (a) guarantee a stack of the buff when you kill an elite enemy, or (b) improve the chance from 7.5% to 12.5%
i really thank you for replying, probably i got confused by the description of the talent tree that says 100% reduction of peril (regardless) if it all works as intended in my video, i guess there is no bug.
No problem! You can see here, the purple buff at the bottom of my screen is Empowered Psionics, and I am able to charge Brain Rupture at no cost. Additionally, the pale blue flickering at the edges of the screen are another indicator that you have the buff available.
