Take a Swing broken, Gunner/Shooter knockback only fixed in psykhanium

Issue Description (Required):

The sapper shovel blessing Take a Swing is broken after patch 17 and no longer triggers when pushing enemies both in and out of the psykhanium.
The fix to gunner and shooter knockback introduced in patch 17 only functions in the psykhanium.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Try taking a swing, it won’t.
Get shot.

Can confirm - still take pushback on missions even with toughness intact.
