Issue Description:
the tier 4 take a swing blessing on veteran is not doing 60% headshot damage. clip included for numbers. not sure how math is calculated on this but if u look at it straight up, it doing much less damage
weakspot dmg = weakspot - base =(135 - 89) = 46
1.55 = (100%+40%+15%)
161= 89 + 46 *1.55 = 89+71.3 = 160.3 (rounding up)
