Surge staff needs to be reverted back to where it was in patch 14, and receive a damage boost

So here what looks mine.
Sniping specials/ranged with surge, soulblaze making up for the damage, smite for temporizing and melee the close range.
No shield, surge & smite synergize with the scream due to high peril cost.
Here was a clutch on smelter complex ending.

BornReady mod kinda F the scoreboard here currently.
Died in my one terms after we were done as usual.
Can’t say Surge isn’t usefull ( even bugged )and it’s different from other staves
The only major issue is the Boss damage

Exactly, clutch. Stats of the rest of the team? Length of the match? Total map kills. Half of your ranged damage is SB. I can compare vs my past surge stats as a point of reference and it doesnt look good, and the staff has almost perfect perk and blessing combo.

My playstyle hasn’t changed, we still play mainly STG. Sure, other people on my team might be pulling their weight, which could lower my overall dmg output, but I tend to play with the same group(s) so I know what to expect.

Dude, who care about the others ? Doesn’t change anything here.
You might forget that surge is a single target staff.

The fact that there no mention about breakpoints instead kinda make this discussion pointless honestly
