Issue Description:
Other than the poor graphical performance, I’m also having terrible network performance in terms of LAG constantly messing up the game for me.
i.e. Snipers/pox hounds/mutants/ragers etc being undodgeable(is that a word? lol). All these things can get me mid dodge, round corners, through objects etc.
This was not happening before the patch (at least not since it was fixed last time).
It is now happening for most of my gameplay time, at any time of day.
Attempted Solutions:
No change when graphics options are changed.
