We’ve checked your account and can see your contracts refreshed today, and that the same character does have tracked progress from last week.
It’s not clear, which I fully appreciate, but in order for contract progress to track each week you must visit Melk’s store first. Could this be why?
We’re discussing this internally and looking at ways for this to be made clearer and improved. Apologies for any confusion.
