Issue Description:
When in a strike team on the morningstar, all players are set to my level.
ex:
Player A is lvl 19, Player B is 10. Player A will see both Player A and Player B as 19 BUT Player B will see both as lvl 10.
Steps to Reproduce:
- log in (as ogryn for me)
- Join Strike Team WITH SOMEONE OF A DIFFERENT LEVEL
- see wrong level while on morningstar
