I was testing a build in the Psykhanium, and wanted to max stacks of chemical dependency, so I used my stim, got one stack of chemical dependency, and then watched as the stim cooldown came up at the exact moment my one stack of chemical dependency fell off.
In my case, I had two nodes in the stimm lab maxed out (so 30/30), which meant the cooldown was shown as 75s, while chemical dependency (without the talent that lowers the stack duration to 60s), baseline lasts 90s. Meaning my stim cooldown was actually 90s.
Out of curiosity, I tried reducing the nodes selected in the stimm lab to only one full branch on the tree (15/30), which lowered the displayed cooldown to 44s. After doing this, my stimm came off of cooldown before the chemical dependency stack fell off.
Also this has already been acknowledged, but after this, I tried using the crate, and saw it doesn’t give a stack of chemical dependency, and since using the crate applies the stim only if the stim is off cd, you effectively have to choose between stimming for chemical dependency or using the crate for the team. Probably an unintended bug. Just gotta wait for a fix I guess.
