Staff Alt Fire does not work when bound to mouse wheel

Issue Description:

When binding weapon alt fire to mouse wheel scroll, the staff thrust does not function. All other weapon alt fires I tested (flashlight/bayonet, power/force/chain sword power up) work just fine. But all force staff thrusts do not function at all. Binding alt fire to a normal key like [Y] makes force staff thrust work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Bind Weapon Alt Fire to mouse wheel down.
  2. Equip any force staff.
  3. Use mouse wheel down to attempt to perform a staff thrust.
  4. BUG: Game does not acknowledge the input.
