Similar to my old thread: A grudge served cold enemy spawn location bugs everywhere
Specials will spawn out in the open sometimes right next to you within 10-20 meters, they also spawn in silly places such as on the top of tall rocks where there is no cover too, the special spawn locations on a grude served cold and khazukan kazakit-ha are extremely broken.
