On the choice of what path to take on Fort brach, if one dies before walking over the river.
they will spawn across the river on the opposite side.
-dies before crossing river
-spawns across river, no way to revive.

I can confirm that this issue exists. However, when I experienced this issue it wasn’t in Twitch mode and we were playing Champion. The spawn my group had issues with was in the exact same spot as above (which is a better screenshot for location reference). I forgot to take a screenshot until the end of the match.
