What is the point to soulblaze if it can’t even kill at TIER 6!! Lower tiers are even more pointless.
Tier = stack.
Tier 6 as in consume 6 warp charge to create a ton of t6, tier 4 with previous feat, lower tier prior, all awful. It does not suppress, does not make them take more dmg.
