Issue Description:
Sort by rarity does not appear to effect cosmetic frames - are they possibly listed as all the same rarity? Obviously some are much harder to get than others! May not be a bug. Certainly not an issue of critical importance - just bringing it to your attention.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Access player cosmetics while owning multiple cosmetic frames
  2. Use sort by rarity function
  3. Observe no change in sorting
