Peril on using smite is occassionally triggering twice. Can cause overheat explosion. Cannot replicate in meatgrinder.
Yep this was an issue before this patch too, I’m glad some of the new Psyker bugs were showcased here too, like the flickering screen effects that could give you a seizure.
