Issue Description:
When using the Orox Mk II Battle Maul & Mk III Slab Shield, if you hold the attack button while holding the block button, the ogryn will do the normal shield bash but then follow it up with a heavy attack with the maul.
This attack deals Heavy Attack level damage as consistent with the input used to make the attack, but does not trigger any talent that triggers off of Heavy Attacks.
This was an issue with the old feats, but has carried over to both the new version of those talents and all new, related talents.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip the Orox Mk II Battle Maul & Mk III Slab Shield weapon. Equip any talent that triggers off of Heavy Attacks. Do the Heavy Attack while blocking.
