Skittergate: bad respawn point

Issue Summary:

When you die immediately before the first passing through the gate, you can get respawned at the top of the final elevator near the exit, effectively leaving a 3 member team to go through the level on their own.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get killed in the Rasknitt’s arena or immediately before it while you are on your way to Norska.

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):

  • happened twice so far

Additional Information:

PC, v1.4.1.;
Similar to the already reported console bug.
