100% agree! If they got rid of the recoil and spread then Darktide would have perfect lasers.

FS has 100% made the best and most satisfying lasgun in the whole damn licence across any and all games imo. They feel so robust and crunchy. The sound of the las fire is…err…absolute fire!

ive just seen a video, where someone was trying to put the “the DT rejects can never ever hope to beat a spacemarine” debate to rest.
searched for 4 models that closely resemble the 4 reject, and then fight A spacemarine, using unitcrunch. the results were funny to say the least.
the 4 models lacked the killing power to sucessfully kill 10 poxwalkers in one round avareaged out at 5 (took no dmg in return)
while they pretty much always (95%) were able to kill the marine in a turn. (fun fact they still killed a squad of 5 marines 20% of the time.
and i know that tabletop is not really lore accurate, but even if we say they are 10 times as strong as depicted in table top.
considering the rejects dont struggle to kill 5 poxwalkers like their closest model we should afford them an reasonable increase in strenght aswell no? how many you kill in a game? 400?
like we would make the marine our B*ch in 2s
also plenty of humans kill marines in the books aswell, ogryns dont struggle to rip marines appart considering our best boy is like at least as smart as a 10 year old that way more dangerous than an actual ogryn.
and lets not start about psykers, they constantly fuc* marines up without a problem, and the fact that our electrical outlet spams so many psykic powers suggest he is very adept if not in destructive power, atleast in control.
